School Counselors should get feedback from their performance through

1. Self-Reflection
2. Principal Evaluation
3. Teacher Feedback

By using all three of these ways to evaluate:

• School counselors can have a better understanding of their performance
  
• Collect data on their performance
• Use this information to inform the comprehensive program
• Encourage continual growth of the school counselor
• Use this information to set SMART goals for themselves and positive change
• Improve relationships and visibility among other staff members at their school
